Project 5
i based this song after the theme song of the movie Beverly Hills Cop, Axel F. i learned how to play it on the piano and decided this would be a good project to use it. i tried to make the main sequence sound like the original version which surprisingly wasn't far off the default noise. but i made the bass line a sound similar to the electric 3 sound on sytrus then used the ending of the base line to fade out of the song. during the song i also moved the main line up an octave to give the song some variations.

A synth can be a tremendous source of inspiration. I'm not surprised that you heard the melody for Axel F when you heard the tone of your sytrus synth- they are very similar. Excellent bass writing too. Good job.
